Let’s face it last season was a tough one for Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro. He did not sneak up on folks like he did the season before when he helped lead the Heat to the finals as a rookie. Even though he went through the sophomore slump he has never lost confidence. The kid from Kentucky always believed in himself. So coming into this season the mission was to prove the doubters wrong.
People laughed when Herro said he is in the same conversation with the Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic and Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young. They are not laughing anymore. Herro has consistently been lights out this season. He is currently on a tear offensively and the league is noticing.
Over his last 4 games : Herro is blazing the nets at a 25.8 ppg clip. He is also averaging 6.5 rpg 3.5 apg and shooting 46.5% from the floor. Throw in 37.9% from 3pt land and 92.3% at the free throw line. No disrespect to Paul Pierce but Tyler Herro is the truth.
Ya’ll need to put some “respek” on his name.
Sir Charles Barkley are you listening ?
