MIAMI FL-
It seemed like Dolphin fans were heading for another sad losing season
filled with disappointment and heartache. The Miami Dolphins were in a
free fall through the first eight weeks of the 2021 season and were
viewed as one of the biggest disappointments in the NFL. Suddenly out
of nowhere the Fins are wrapping up an undefeated November. Yes the
resurgent Dolphins have suddenly fought their way back into the
playoff conversation.
The Dolphins put the NFL on notice and put a capper on their
undefeated month with a 33-10 dismantling of the Carolina Panthers on
Sunday and this victory might have been their most impressive one yet.
The Dolphins played flawless football in all three phases of the game:
They got big plays from their offense, got big plays from their
special teams and they got a dominating performance from their
defense. WSVN Sportscaster Donovan Campbell joined The Jeff Fox Show
Podcast with Lorenzo Thomas and says credit has to go to Head Coach
Brian Flores and GM Chris Grier.
This is the Dolphins team most folks were expecting in Week 1. Maybe
they had to endure the DeShaun Watson sweepstakes through the early
part of the season, the Dolphins seem to have finally figured out who
they are.
Hopefully the surge continues.
